V1.1 - AY Audio bug fixes plus lots of game tweaks

A complete new V1.1 package build for 48K, 128K, menu and ZX Touch build

Mainly to fix ingame AY music sound 'booms' in the drone synth engine noise soundtrack. Sometimes the synth sound got very loud due to the tone/envelopes used when looping. I found it a bit annoying, particularly when playing on the ZX Touch with headphones.

Thanks to AY master Pedro Pimenta for advice on this.

There is also now a new 128K game over tune by C J Echo, which I think is a bit more melancholy and fits better. I did like the old one too but it took a while to get going. 

I've also managed to add the goggles intro section into the 48K version. People seem to like that so I managed to squeeze it in.

Menu graphics have been updated a bit with the crash logo and more colourful text.

Please download this new version V1.1 and replace the old one.
